Who we are

Ciptarix is a Malaysian website studio based in Selangor. Our CiptaWeb service designs, writes and launches mobile-ready websites for small and medium businesses, with fixed one-off pricing and a payment model built around approval: a 30% deposit starts the build, and the balance is due only after the owner has reviewed and approved the finished site.

How we work

Step	What happens
1. Order & deposit	Choose a package, pay the 30% deposit and send your logo, photos and services.
2. First version	We design and write the website and share a private preview link, targeting 24 hours.
3. Refine	You request changes within your package's revision rounds.
4. Approve & launch	Pay the balance after approval; the site goes live on your domain.

Our commitments

• Approve before you pay in full: the balance is due only after you approve the finished site.
• 100% deposit refund if development has not started.
• No lock-in: you own your domain, content and files.
