Billing is in Malaysian ringgit and we confirm the payment method with you before the build starts.

Yes. Once you've paid, the website and its content are yours. Your domain is registered in your name. If you ever want to move elsewhere, we'll hand over the files — no lock-in, no hostage hosting.

Not unless you want them. The build price is one-off, and every package includes a free custom domain + hosting for 1 year. From year two only the domain renewal (~RM40–60/year, at cost) applies. Optional Care plans (from RM29/month) exist for owners who want us to handle updates, monitoring and improvements — but they're never required.

Yes — and every package now includes it. When you order, you give us your top 3 preferred domain names (we prefer .com or .my) and we register your highest available choice free for the first year, hosting included. From year two, the domain renewal (~RM40–60/year) is billed at cost in your name. Prefer to start on the free yourname.ciptarix.com? That's fine too — just leave the domain choices blank.

Every site ships with proper on-page SEO: titles, descriptions, structure and schema markup. Business and Signature packages add Google indexing and Google Business Profile linking. SEO rankings take time everywhere, but your foundation will be right from day one.

The Signature package includes catalogue, menu and booking-request sections (customers browse, then order or book via WhatsApp — which is how most Malaysian SMEs actually sell). Full e-commerce with online payment is quoted case-by-case — ask us.
