Yes — that's our core promise. A 30% deposit opens your order and starts the build. You then watch your website take shape on a live link, request changes from your account, and only settle the remaining balance once you've approved the finished site — right before it goes live on your domain.

Just tell us on WhatsApp. Every package includes revisions (3 rounds on Launch, 5 on Business, unlimited for 30 days on Signature), and most changes are turned around the same day. After that, small edits are covered by a Care plan or quoted as fixed one-off prices — always agreed before we start.

Yes. The whole process is remote — WhatsApp plus your online account — so we serve businesses across Southeast Asia. We have dedicated pages for Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei with local-currency price guides; customers elsewhere in the region are welcome too. Billing is in Malaysian ringgit and we confirm the payment method with you before the build starts.

Yes. Once you've paid, the website and its content are yours. Your domain is registered in your name. If you ever want to move elsewhere, we'll hand over the files — no lock-in, no hostage hosting.

Not unless you want them. The build price is one-off, and every package includes a free custom domain + hosting for 1 year. From year two only the domain renewal (~RM40–60/year, at cost) applies. Optional Care plans (from RM29/month) exist for owners who want us to handle updates, monitoring and improvements — but they're never required.

Yes — and every package now includes it. When you order, you give us your top 3 preferred domain names (we prefer .com or .my) and we register your highest available choice free for the first year, hosting included. From year two, the domain renewal (~RM40–60/year) is billed at cost in your name. Prefer to start on the free yourname.ciptarix.com? That's fine too — just leave the domain choices blank.

We do — it's included in every package. The copy is grounded in your real business: your services, location, reviews and proof points. You just check the facts.

Every site ships with proper on-page SEO: titles, descriptions, structure and schema markup. Business and Signature packages add Google indexing and Google Business Profile linking. SEO rankings take time everywhere, but your foundation will be right from day one.

The Signature package includes catalogue, menu and booking-request sections (customers browse, then order or book via WhatsApp — which is how most Malaysian SMEs actually sell). Full e-commerce with online payment is quoted case-by-case — ask us.

Different economics, not lower standards. We use fixed packages, reusable delivery systems and a focused approval workflow, then pass the savings on. Every site still goes through review before launch.

It keeps working. Our systems automatically re-check live sites against their approved design and grade their quality over time. If you're on a Care plan, we also update content, tune SEO and send you reports. Your site is a product we maintain, not a file we forget.
